When we initially enquired it was refreshing to be asked to email our roof dimensions so that an estimate could be prepared rather than be subject to hours of high pressure selling. When you arrived to survey our roof we were again impressed by the relaxed and friendly approach of the gentlemen who came to our house.

We have had a prolonged cold spell since the insulation was carried out and are therefore able to comment on the results by comparing with previous very cold winters.

We have been able to drop our thermostat settings by three degrees since insulation. Despite this the house, particularly the upper floor, has been noticeably warmer. Whereas in previous years we have required additional heating in our bedroom using a convection heater when temperatures dropped to zero, this has not been at all necessary this year.

On opening the trap door to the loft there is a draft of warm air, not freezing as previously, indicating just how ineffective our existing loft insulation has been and how effective the new sprayed foam insulation is at retaining heat.

As you assured us there are no condensation problems at all.

We are delighted with the service we have received and will happily recommend your company to anyone requiring loft inulation.
